Dog-gone-it kind of day
Today We sadly handed back Magi to her owner, the one that doesn’t believe in putting pictures on blogs. Well, we’ll just see how he feels when it’s a picture of his precious dog! But, I will say we had a very pleasant week babysitting (and photographing) the pooch.
Bill walked her in the evenings when he got home from work and found us both napping after a strenuous day of playing ball. Magi’s favorite way to play ball is to bring it to you, make you bend over to get it to throw to her, and then snatch it back as soon as your hand is 2″ from it. Whassup with that?
All of the dogs have had different personalities when it comes to sports. We’ll get Gracie right out of the way. She was a princess and couldn’t be bothered with sports. Lucy and Corie were pretty much the same about just bringing the ball back so they could get you to throw it again. And Lucky is just too big to play any ball in the house, so his sport is tug, which he always wins, with me at any rate.
